Ancestral dreaming

Prepare for the meditation:
Gather an object or a picture - that represents part of your lineage. It can be a photo of an ancestor or something that belonged to a grandparent, or it can be plant/flower that’s native to where your people are from, or something that is traditional to the culture you are from (for example if you have viking ancestry, a rune would be something you could bring). Don’t overthink it, let the object come to you. You’ll hear me mention an object in the meditation, this will be what I’m referring to. We’ll use it as an anchor portal into your ancestral dreamland
Light a candle, cast your circle, create a sacred space in the ways you know how.
Give yourself at least 30 minutes to complete this, without any distractions.
