What’s inside
Somatic Resources
These practices help regulate your nervous system. Put them in your back pocket for the next time you get triggered. These will help you better manage distressing situations and move from challenging emotions to more calmness and ease.
Embodiment Exercises
these experientials are designed to expand your interoception - or the internal felt experience in the body. This can help build resilience and a deeper sense of self, leading to stronger boundaries and more authenticity in your life.
Self-Paced
A total of 60 minutes worth of materials for you to take in at your own pace. Come back any time to learn these tools at your own pace, or refresh your memory.

About the Instructor
Odessa Avianna Perez, MA, LMFT
I’m a somatic psychotherapist and an Embodiment and Somatic Coach and it’s my passion to help people discover their most secure, connected and fully-expressed selves, in and out of relationship.
I’m on a mission to help people experience healthier and more secure relationships.
I’ve been helping people find more ease and connection in relationships for over a decade. In addition to my Masters in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Somatics from California Institute of Integral Studies, I’m trained in polyvagal theory, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and nervous system regulation, and have a certificate in Embodied Social Justice. This expertise helps me offer focused support around your specific relationship challenges.
I’ve been a dancer all my life, and discovered somatics a decade ago. Throughout my own healing journey, including somatic, movement, embodiment and trauma work, I’ve been able to witness a more secure, communicative and grounded version of myself emerge.
I’ve been able to feel more connected and practice better discernment in all my relationships.
With my academic background and decades of experience as a move, dancer and somanaut, I bring a unique skillset regarding embodiment.
