Odyssey Healing

Embodied wisdom for the journey back to ourselves, each other,
and the planet.

mission

Odyssey Healing interweaves trauma-informed psychology with dance, embodiment, somatics and social justice frameworks to facilitate whole-body healing and promote agency, belonging and community.

method

Relying on principles of non-violence, resilience-building, and inclusion…

Informed by critical race theory, polyvagal and attachment theory, contact improvisation and modern dance…

we explore how cultural, developmental and intergenerational forces have shaped us…

and how we can recruit our bodies and our relationships to heal, grow, and thrive in our humanness.
